Experteer Overview In this role you will support retail decision-making through data-driven analyses and actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across Retail Planning u0026amp; Allocation to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and improve processes with automation. You’ll drive markdown strategies and pricing decisions using analytics and simulations to optimize sell-through, margin, and inventory. You’ll work with AI-enabled tools to forecast trends and guide tactical actions in a fast-changing retail landscape.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Collaborate with the Retail Business Analyst team to identify information gaps and analytical opportunities.
- Support management and Retail Planning u0026 Allocation by spotting trends, risks, and improvement areas using data-driven insights.
- Provide clear KPIs, analyses, and recommendations to enable rapid responses to market changes.
- Review and optimize reports/analyses to adapt to dynamic industry needs.




- Promote efficiency through automation in processes and analyses.
- Collaborate with Technologies teams to find effective technical solutions and ensure data quality.
- Contribute to markdown activities by analyzing country/product performance, running simulations, and guiding discount decisions.
- Develop and recommend markdown strategies aligned with sales, margin, inventory objectives and business priorities.
- Drive adoption of the AI-powered Markdown Optimization Tool for pricing decisions based on analytics and business rules.
- Use predictive analytics to assess pricing scenarios, anticipate sell-through trends, optimize markdown timing and discount depth to maximize margin and inventory productivity.Responsabilidades
