AVS Added Value Solutions is expanding its Space Division and seeks an AIT&AIT; Lead to scale our AIT department, drive modern automated workflows, and upgrade cleanroom infrastructure for larger SmallSat missions.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 8+ years of spacecraft AIV/AIT experience, adept at VCD/SRDB management, GSE definition, and environmental test campaigns, fluent in English with Spanish a plus.
