Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Spain Online Language School Franchise Partnership. The partner will be responsible for developing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence across Spain, including market research, local business development, and client acquisition in both public and corporate sectors. Day-to-day activities include managing the local franchise operations, coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, overseeing marketing initiatives,



and ensuring high-quality delivery of online language courses and training programs.

The partner will supervise the use of Lingua Learn’s e-commerce platform and CRM, support teacher allocation and scheduling, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role is idóneo for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build and scale an online language school using an established global brand and support structure.

- Strong Communication skills for client engagement, partnership building, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess the Spanish market, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Writing skills to create clear proposals, local marketing content, and professional correspondence.
- Training experience to oversee delivery quality, support teacher onboarding, and ensure consistent standards.
- Proven entrepreneurial or business development experience, ideally in education, training, or services.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and remote collaboration technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build a team as the franchise grows.
- Background in education, language training, or corporate learning is highly beneficial.
