In this role you enable smooth project delivery by supporting Project Managers and the PMO across clinical trials. You will optimize tools and processes, coordinate trial-related activities, and help develop training resources. You’ll maintain PM systems and assist with project setup to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery in a global medical research setting.

- Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the PMO
- Manage and improve project management tools, systems, and processes for efficiency




- Track and coordinate clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate training initiatives and assist in developing training materials
- Maintain project management systems, assist with project setup, ensure regulatory and procedural compliance

Responsabilidades

- College/University Degree
- Fluent in English
- Work experience in clinical research
- xugodme Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with clinical trial management systems and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and self-organization
- Strong collaboration skills and supporting others on both small and large initiatives
- Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions
