Supply Chain Manager

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Supply Chain Manager in our Neuraxpharm Pharmaceuticals (Laboratorios Lesvi) based in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona (hybrid role)
Your Mission To lead and continuously improve the end-to-end Supply Chain operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring seamless alignment between market demand, production capabilities and supply priorities of Neuraxpharm Pharmaceuticals. The role is responsible for Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Artwork Coordination and New Product Launches, ensuring reliable product availability, operational excellence and customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory, costs and working capital.
Your Major Accountabilities

- Lead, motivate and develop the Planning &
- Logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Own and oversee the end-to-end planning and logistics processes, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Artwork Coordination and New Product Launch activities.
✔
- Ensure alignment between commercial demand forecasts, production capacity and supply priorities to guarantee service levels and business continuity.
✔
- Drive inventory optimization by defining, monitoring and approving key planning parameters, balancing product availability, operational efficiency and working capital objectives.
✔
- Monitor supplier performance through relevant KPIs, ensuring service reliability and implementing corrective and preventive actions when required.
✔
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial and General Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution of business priorities.

- Identify, prioritize and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives across planning, logistics and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

- Manage and control the department budget, ensuring cost discipline, resource optimization and achievement of financial targets.
✔
- Support business growth through effective supply chain risk management, proactive issue resolution and successful implementation of new products and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, company policies and applicable regulatory standards within all supply chain activities.
We Would Like You To Have
We would like you to have
✔
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's Degree in Integrated Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management will be considered an advantage.
✔
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry, ideally complemented by at least 8 years leading Planning and Logistics teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
✔
- Solid experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics and S&OP.;
✔
- Strong knowledge of SAP (MM, PP and SD modules), production planning tools such as Ortems, APO or similar solutions, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
✔
- Proven ability to plan, implement, monitor and control supply chain activities while balancing service levels, inventory optimization and cost efficiency.
✔
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial and Global Supply Chain functions.
✔
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development, performance management and empowerment of high-performing teams.
✔
- Results-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, customer focus and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.
✔
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
✔
- Availability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
