In this role you will design and maintain scalable infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. You will drive automation and standardization to improve stability and reduce manual effort within the Security Integrations Group. You’ll work with AWS services and internal tools to support critical security infrastructure, including access control and CCTV systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and own software-driven improvements from concept to execution. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to advance global security ops through automation and robust tooling.

- Research, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities through thorough testing and validation
- Manage AWS infrastructure using AWS Console and Ansible for configuration management
- Perform deep-dive technical analysis of Windows operating systems and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain automation and tooling using PowerShell, Python, YAML (Ansible playbooks), and React




- Provide comprehensive infrastructure support for critical system issues across cloud and on-premise devices
- Support and maintain Mercury security hardware and CCTV systems
- Drive automation and process improvement projects to enhance support delivery and reduce manual effort
- Partner with Operations teams and other internal Amazon teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Lead and execute ambiguous technical projects
- Implement AWS services and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Utilize version control xugodme systems (Git) and Amazon's internal development tools and code pipelines

Responsabilidades

- Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
- Programming in Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and infrastructure
- Understanding of core software development concepts like version control, debugging, and code structure
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and systems
