Senior Business Analyst-Payments

Responsibilities:

- Support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, roadmaps, business requirements, KPIs and financial deliverables.
- Take ownership of specific initiatives.
- Document business vision and business needs.
- Prepare cross-entity documentation summaries.
- Define and share business requirements.
- Manage risks, quality and issues.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements

- Dutch or French: Mandatory(Any one language)
- English: Excellent written and oral communication

Education:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Travel:

- Depending on work planning; travel to Paris may be required

Telework:

- 50% onsite and 50% homeworking

Required Experience:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience (Mandatory)





- Business Analyst experience in project-driven environments
- Ability to work with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Business teams
- International payments ecosystem knowledge
- Payments processing chains (excluding card-based payments)

Business Experience (Mandatory)

- Banking experience
- Payments management experience
- SEPA payments knowledge
