Securitas Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst IT to strengthen our IT team and support our business across Belgium and Luxembourg.
Your role:
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, end users and development teams. You will analyse business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements and ensure that our IT solutions effectively support our business processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications for internal and external developers
• Mapping the impact of IT changes on existing business processes and systems
• Supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, acceptance, production and aftercare
• Preparing and coordinating functional testing and test plans
• Supporting data conversion and system transitions
• Managing IT changes and preparing the required documentation for releases and service transitions
• Providing functional support and assisting with incident management
• Preparing documentation and training end users when required
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, application owners, developers and project teams
You will work in both Agile and Waterfall environments, combining project work with the continuous improvement and support of existing applications.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong experience in business process analysis and functional analysis
• Experience in designing and documenting processes and information flows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Autonomous, structured and comfortable managing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of French and English
