BrainRocket is an international software development and digital solutions company with 1,300 professionals across Cyprus, Poland and Portugal. We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team and contribute to our products.

Responsibilities

- Creating buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners
- Deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches, including collaboration with executives and other product management team members
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry (this experience is a must;
resumes without it willnot be considered)




- Experience in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Market and competitive analysis
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Nice to have
- Good understanding of online Casino operation
- Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA etc.)
