What is the role? Change Manager responsible for supporting the Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) rollout, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, resistance management, Go-Live and Hypercare. The role is not primarily technical;
it is focused on ensuring that business teams successfully adopt the new Coupa processes and system.

Main Tasks

- Develop and maintain the Change Management Strategy and Change Plan.
- Create and execute the Communication Plan.
- Develop and coordinate Training Plans and track completion.
- Manage stakeholders, both global and local.
- Assess business readiness and manage resistance/issues.
- Support Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Track project actions,



deliverables and deadlines across 3 countries.
- Adapt communications/training materials to local requirements.
- Support the French rollout, including translations and works council requirements.
