About the role: We are looking for a French speaking, Technical Program Manager to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, working hand in hand with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to implement AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines, and ensure every deployment lands on time with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with general customers.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE).
* Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models.
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
* Present project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
* At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation.
* Proficiency in Python.
* Proficiency in SQL.
* Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
* Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage).
* Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage).
* Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage).
* Professional working proficiency in French (Advantage). xqbhyrx
* Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage).
* Professional fluency in French and English is required
