Key Responsibilities:

Participate in internal and client workshops for process definition and follow-up of conclusions and action items.

Prepare solution analysis documentation,



including:- Business Blueprint documents- Functional Design Specifications- Other functional and project-related documentationImplement solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Support the deployment of new functionalities and process improvements available in S/4HANA.

Required Skills:

Must-Have: Experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.

Strong expertise in:- SAP HCM PA/PY (Personnel Administration & Payroll)- SAP HCM PT (Time Management)- SAP HCM PD (Personnel Development)Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
