We're recruiting an experienced Atlassian Administrator on behalf of a integral manufacturing organisation investing heavily in their digital tooling and ways of working.

Location: Full remote

Contract duration: 6 months (with possibility of going on as an FTE after)

Start Date: Early March

What You'll Be Doing

- Administering and optimising Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Compass, Guard)
- Designing and configuring custom workflows, issue types, dashboards, and reports
- Building and maintaining automation rules to reduce manual effort
- Managing integrations using Forge, APIs, and marketplace apps (e.G. ScriptRunner, Xray, Comala)
- Supporting Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and classic project management frameworks
- Ensuring Atlassian tooling aligns with GxP and regulatory requirements




- Partnering with engineering and delivery teams to support DevOps practices
- Leading training sessions and producing user documentation
- Keeping pace with Atlassian updates and continuously improving the platform

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience as an Atlassian Administrator, ideally in Cloud environments
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Jira xqbhyrx & Confluence configuration, automation, and JQL
- Experience working with marketplace apps and third‑party integrations
- Understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Exposure to regulated / GxP environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a user‑focused mindset
