As part of the opening of our new boutique in Puerto Banús, AQUAZZURA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate with a strong passion for luxury retail and client service excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the boutique’s performance, delivering exceptional and personalized client experiences, cultivating long-term relationships with high-end clients, and acting as a role model for the team while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Client and Business oriented

- Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;

- Play an active role on the sales floor;

- Support the team in sales and procedures
- Build up a loyal Clientele;

- Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities.
- Constantly improve quality of the services, meet and exceed customer expectations.





Operations
- Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;

- Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);

- Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;

- Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with the Company’s standards. xhfqzwm
- Be involved in the Stock maintenance and Inventory;

- Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor;

- Maintain merchandising standards.
