Are you a German-speaking sales professional who enjoys closing deals, speaking with clients and working towards ambitious targets? We are looking for a German-Speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing international tech/e-commerce environment in Madrid. This is a full sales-cycle role where you'll take ownership of assigned leads from the first conversation through product demos and free trials, all the way to converting prospects into paying customers.

Contact and engage assigned prospects in the German market Manage the full sales cycle before handing clients over to Customer Experience Handle a high level of commercial activity – approximately 80–100 calls/day Native/bilingual German + good professional English Ideally 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience Experience as an AE, BDR, SDR, Sales Representative, Inside Sales, Telesales or in outbound prospecting is highly relevant Comfortable working with KPIs, targets and performance metrics Experience within SaaS, tech or e-commerce is a plus,



but a strong sales background is what matters most.

The commission structure rewards strong performance: At 100% performance → €1,200/month commission At 150% performance → €1,800/month commission This represents €44K+ annual earning potential at target, with the possibility of earning more for higher performance.

- Commission is performance-based and ramp-up conditions apply. The position should initially be considered on-site in Madrid, including the onboarding and training period. Depending on individual performance and target achievement, there may be the possibility of moving to a more hybrid working arrangement after approximately 3–4 months. Please note that hybrid work is performance-based and is not guaranteed.
