Your mission

Location: Madrid

Main Responsibilities

- Project Deployment & Commissioning
- Assist engineers in on‐site installation, configuration, and basic testing of AMR systems.
- Support setup of navigation maps, charging stations, and system parameters.
- Help with basic system integration tasks under guidance.

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Assist in diagnosing basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help monitor system alerts and identify common problems.
- Support documentation of issues and follow‐up actions.

- Customer Training & Documentation

- Support preparation of training materials and user documents.
- Assist in delivering basic system operation guidance to customers.
- Help update manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

- Operations Monitoring

- Assist in tracking system performance (e.G., uptime, battery status).
- Support routine checks and reporting.
- Help identify simple improvement opportunities.

- Team Collaboration





- Work with local service teams and engineers to support project needs.
- Assist in organizing feedback and project information.
- Support coordination tasks when needed.

Your profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (e.G., Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Basic interest or exposure to robotics, automation, or technical systems.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in Spanish (English is a plus).
