About The Role We are hiring a Link Building Manager to take full ownership of our off-page SEO department. This is a leadership role responsible for strategy, team performance, quality control, and scalable systems. You will manage and grow a team of link builders while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality backlinks across multiple client accounts, including competitive niches such as iGaming.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, leads decisively, and holds high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, structure, and scale a team of freelance link builders Set clear monthly targets and quality benchmarks Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new link builders Strategy & Quality Control Maintain strict quality control over anchor text strategy, link velocity, and backlink profile health Test and implement advanced link‐building strategies (digital PR, authority outreach, niche edits, partnerships)
