WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

- 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, Infrastructure Security, Encryption, or a related technical domain.
- Experience or strong knowledge of encryption and key management technologies , ideally Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and/or Luna HSM .
- Good understanding of Operating Systems, Databases/DBA, and IT infrastructure environments .
- Experience working with IT Service Management processes , including Incident, Request, Change, and Configuration Management.
- ITIL certification (ITIL Foundation or equivalent).
- Understanding of security tools and integrations such as PAM, SIEM, patching solutions, or infrastructure management platforms .
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues,



identify risks and propose appropriate remediation actions.
- Fluent English , as you will work within an international environment.
- Based in Madrid or Barcelona, or willing to relocate, with availability to work in a hybrid model.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Support the operation and evolution of enterprise encryption services based on Thales CipherTrust Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM .
- Onboard new applications and encryption use cases, ensuring compliance with security and service requirements.
- Support the definition and deployment of new encryption capabilities, including DKE and Confidential Computing .
- Participate in the migration of agent-based and agentless encryption use cases between different platforms.
- Integrate encryption services with other security and IT solutions such as PAM, SIEM, patching platforms, and virtual infrastructure .
- Monitor platform performance, resilience, quality, and SLA compliance , troubleshooting incidents and technical issues.
- Participate in technical sessions, Change Management, Incident and Request Management , and security remediation activities. xhfqzwm
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential blocking points and propose mitigation and remediation solutions .
