As An Associate Urban Planner At
Arup, You Will Lead and oversee complex urban planning projects, including drafting and processing of planning instruments, urbanization projects, and urban feasibility analysis. Integrate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams that typically include architects, engineers, urban planners, environmentalists, sociologists, economists, and lawyers. Communicate and present projects to clients.
Contribute to client relationship management in urban planning. Support business development through work winning in planning processes. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices in urban planning processing within the team.
We Are Looking For Someone Proactive

Studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related studies ~Extensive experience in Spanish urban planning, planning, processing (tramitación urbanística), and land development. ~ Special interest in urban planning, strategic consultancy, planning, processing, and land development ~ It will be essential to have knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS ~ Knowledge of Adobe package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). ~ Full professional competence in Spanish and h igh level of English (C1) ~ Keen for working on multidisciplinary projects and interest in sustainability and innovation. ~ Master's in planning, urban planning, urban processing or territorial organization.
