In this central role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative workflow. Your key tasks include:

- Managing the reception area and welcoming international clients and guests warmly
- Handling daily office organization, administrative duties, and structured coordination
- Processing incoming and outgoing communications, telephone inquiries, and correspondence




- Supporting the legal and tax consulting teams with daily organizational tasks

To thrive in this position, you should bring the following profile:

- Fluent communication skills in German, Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
- A genuine passion for organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Enjoyment in working within an international xqbhyrx and multilingual environment
- A friendly, professional manner and a solution-oriented approach
- Availability for full-time on-site work in Palma de Mallorca
