In this Finance Lead role within Marketplace Experience, you own end-to-end Pu0026amp;L and forecasting to guide cost, capacity, and investment decisions across markets. You will design models, dashboards, and self-serve tools, partnering with country operations, BPOs, and HQ FPu0026amp;A to enable data-driven decisions. You translate complex numbers into actionable leadership guidance and drive strategic programs like cost reduction and efficiency improvements. This senior, impact-focused role is based in Barcelona and aligns with Glovo’s scale and mission to deliver an exceptional marketplace experience.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own Pu0026L accuracy and end-to-end forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations
• Define and drive the analytical agenda, focusing on the most impactful cost drivers and unit economics
• Design and maintain financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) used across markets
• Act as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country ops, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A
• Lead deep-dives on material variances,



sizing impact and driving corrective action
• Own finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions)
• Mentor junior analysts and raise performance standards within the team
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with real Pu0026L ownership
• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Deep financial acumen with hands-on Pu0026L ownership, advanced financial modelling, and fluency with accounting statements xqbhyrx and unit economics
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify key levers
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
• Strategic thinker with end-to-end ownership from framing to execution
• Hands-on and autonomous with a track record of building necessary tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and SQL and/or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
