In this role you lead a multidisciplinary SME team to design, tender, and execute Modular Data Center solutions across Europe. You ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient delivery across the full lifecycle while strengthening MDC competitiveness. You will drive standardization, engage with cross-functional teams, and shape the MDC architecture and strategy. This is an impact role at scale, advancing sustainable, AI-ready, and energy-efficient MDC designs.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and develop a team of 15–18 SMEs across Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), Fire Detection u0026 Suppression, Structural, and Regulatory Engineering
• Set objectives, manage workload, and conduct performance reviews; promote cross-discipline collaboration and technical rigor
• Ensure design consistency and standardization across MDC solutions
• Contribute to MDC offer strategy by evaluating new technologies and market needs
• Drive continuous improvement for scalability, constructability, energy efficiency, reliability, and resilience of MDC designs




• Support tendering with technical concept development and risk assessment
• Ensure deliverables are technically accurate, competitive, and compliant from concept to construction and commissioning
• Assist project execution to preserve design intent and manage interface between disciplines
• Lead as primary technical interface during escalations with clients, global engineering teams, and key suppliers
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in data center engineering, critical infrastructure, or modular construction
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder xqbhyrx communication skills
• Deep understanding of data center systems and critical infrastructure
• Systems-level and integrated design thinking
• Risk awareness in tendering and execution
• Ability to balance standardization with project-specific requirements
• Familiarity with Tier standards (Uptime Institute) and sustainability/energy efficiency standards
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation clients
