What to Expect
Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member will start on a 6-week training course, where you'll learn all the fundamental skills you'll need for your day-to-day role. You'll study, take exams at regular intervals, and complete Supernumerary flights before receiving your Cabin Crew Wings. As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you'll be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are endless—whether you aspire to become a Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight, the sky is the limit.
What We're Looking For
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided—and support someone else in the water.
- Adaptability and flexibility—you're happy to work a shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment of dealing with the public—you provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English—with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
