As Global Total Rewards Expert, you will support compensation and benefits across Europe, partnering with Total Rewards and local HR to deliver programs and manage data. You’ll advise on benchmarks, job evaluation, and pay analytics, and help roll out global initiatives at country level. You will train HR teams, ensure compliance, and translate market insights into competitive Total Rewards strategies. Join a global, collaborative, digitized HR environment shaping rewards at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support European compensation and benefits processes aligned with global standards
• Act as primary contact for benchmark analyses, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, STI calculations, and pay gap analytics
• Provide second-level guidance to local HR on Total Rewards processes and policies
• Deliver training to HR teams to ensure consistent application of compensation frameworks
• Monitor local market data to inform competitive, compliant Total Rewards strategies




• Support rollout of general initiatives at country level and facilitate local adoption
• Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements and adapt global frameworks as needed
• Identify and propose process improvements based on market trends and regulatory changes
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in analytical roles within Compensation u0026 Benefits, Finance, or related fields in a global organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong financial acumen with xqbhyrx understanding of legal, tax, and employment law
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets
• Advanced Excel and BI/data visualization experience (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with job evaluation methods (e.g., Mercer IPE) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP)
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and handle confidential data
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
