We are looking for Experienced Business Manager - Engineering Services, Spanish Defence Sector for key strategic role within BOLD. The company is entering and expanding within the Spanish defence sector, and this position offers the opportunity to work on a blank canvas, building relationships, positioning and business opportunities from the ground up, with long-term, sustainable impact and value.

The role is responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with defence sector clients, with a particular focus on Spain, operating transversally across BOLD Technologies and BOLD Applied Engineering. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and works closely with the CEO, directly influencing BOLD's strategy, growth and positioning within the national and international defence ecosystem. Lead commercial relationships with defence sector clients, particularly in the Spanish market Act as the primary strategic point of contact, working closely with clients to capture technical and commercial needs early and accurately Identify, develop and unlock new business opportunities with both existing clients and new sector players Understand and manage the distinct nature of both divisions, balancing advanced engineering services and technology/product solutions Support scope definition,



proposal preparation and commercial negotiations Work closely with internal teams to maximise commercial and technical success Strong background in engineering services, vehicle design or systems integration within the defence sector Proven experience working with Spanish defence companies Extensive network of contacts within the defence sector, both in Spain and internationally Professional-level conversational English Strategic mindset with a strong technical and commercial foundation Private health insurance - Reduced cost for employees and family.

This expertise is transferred directly to complex defence sector programmes. BOLD Technology (BT) – Designs, develops and manufactures high-voltage battery systems and electric propulsion system components for defence applications, tactical vehicles, military platforms, aviation and advanced mobility.
