To continue to drive process excellence within our Last mile Delivery business, we are currently looking for an Station PEx Manager. As a member of the PEx team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, providing station with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve performance.

As firsthand contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking, you will work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing. You are in charge of monitoring the logistics and delivery success through set in station and on road performance indicators. You will set up actions plans and execute them to drive current performance to benchmark rates.

Contribute to audit initiatives and support results-driven action planning. Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station partnering with station management and several stakeholders. Ensure station management is understanding benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts.

During peak time, you will have the responsibility for the day to day management of a Delivery Station,



providing leadership to Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants and Delivery Service Providers, managing external agency relationships and performance. You are willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns which include nights. Audit processes for compliance and work to close any gaps.

Analyse feedback and use data to own and implement process improvements at the site. As a Process Improvement Manager, You'll be at the forefront of making Amazon's logistics better - which means improving safety, productivity, and quality. Another part of your role will be recommending changes and using your project management and stakeholder management skills to put new processes in place.

If needed, you will carry out analysis at other local or national sites. On top of dealing with productivity and safety, you'll have the opportunity to share best practices and ideas with our EU network. In this role, you'll use data to drive improvements and continue to grow our shipping capabilities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business Speak, write, and read fluently in English Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish Experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role Experience managing projects Experience using Excel and data analysis Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements Knowledge of database systems and SQL Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a longstanding top priority for Amazon.
