To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a HR Specialist.
Job Description:
- Contribute to procedures, departmental objectives, and responsibilities.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
- Participate in working groups for the development of the department or project.
- Support and advise department heads and employees on labor relations matters.




- Resolve labor issues by applying the relevant collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European, etc.).
- Provide support in dialogue and communications with Works Councils.
- Provide support in the development and design of company policies, regulations, and individual and collective agreements.
- Provide support in relations with educational institutions, job fairs, etc.
- Provide support in the design and implementation of the training plan.
- Design, draft, and distribute general communications, promoting and ensuring their dissemination to all levels of the company.
- Provide support in the performance evaluation and talent development processes.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
- Social and communication skills.
- Creativity, flexibility, and resilience.
- Ability to work in a team and be proactive.
- Strong organizational skills.
- English proficiency is a plus.
