In this role you support legal, compliance and corporate activities within a multinational FMCG environment. You will draft and refine services agreements, handle corporate law tasks, and deliver compliance training across Spain and Portugal. You will also support IP matters and collaborate with external law firms on litigation. The role balances legal risk with business needs and offers cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Draft and support procurement of services agreements across company functions
• Review power of attorney; prepare board and shareholder meeting minutes
• Conduct compliance training on Competition, Data Protection, and Anti-corruption; translate guidelines when needed




• Assist external law firm on writs/defense in advertising litigation
• Support Spain initially, with later responsibilities across Portugal
Responsabilidades
• Law degree with knowledge of Spanish law
• Up to 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG
• Practical experience in contracts, compliance/GDPR, corporate law, competition xqbhyrx law, or advertising law
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management across functions and levels
• Proactive, solution-oriented, able to balance legal risks with business needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for trainings and clear explanations
