As Senior Compliance Officer in the Global GRC team, you design and strengthen the regional compliance framework to meet integral standards and local regulation. You partner with senior stakeholders to monitor financial crime risks, lead investigations, and advise on sanctions and regulatory developments. You will drive risk-based improvements across Policies, CMS, and Code of Conduct, shaping a proactive, integrity-driven culture. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on risk management in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Design and maintain the regional compliance framework (Policies u0026 Procedures, CMS, Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, anti-bribery u0026 corruption, sanctions)
• Conduct regional risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness to drive improvements
• Lead compliance monitoring, testing, and assurance; identify gaps and coordinate remediation
• Serve as regional expert on regulatory topics (ABAC, sanctions, EU Platform Work Directive) and advise stakeholders




• Provide advisory support, training, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen compliance outcomes
• Lead complex investigations and strategic initiatives, including whistleblower cases and sensitive reviews
• Report findings, risks, and progress to senior management and key stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related discipline
• 7+ years in compliance, legal, or related functions
• Strong expertise in ABAC, sanctions, CSRD, and governance xqbhyrx requirements
• Experience leading compliance programs and managing complex matters independently
• Strong analytical, investigative, and risk management capabilities
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
