Onsite Data Center HR Manager leads a 6–8 member HR Partner team across data center clusters, reporting to the UAE-based HRM. You’ll drive hire-to-retire HR processes, operational excellence, and scalable, data-driven people solutions in support of AWS data center operations. This role emphasizes building capabilities, executing a global HRP operating model, and delivering a superior builder experience in a highly automated, fast-paced environment. Expect travel up to 30–40% while shaping HR programs that impact thousands of builders and managers.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's xqbhyrx degree
• Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics
• Experience managing employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
• 5+ years of human resources leadership or equivalent leadership experience in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, or manufacturing
