In this role you lead digital transformation programs across IFF’s Taste Business Unit general manufacturing network. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into quantified improvements and drive large-scale supply and operations modernization. You manage multi-site programs, complex timelines and budgets, delivering tangible improvements in efficiency and business performance. You will champion data-driven decision making and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape digital manufacturing at scale and work with diverse international teams.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify business opportunities and translate them into quantified improvements using data-driven insights
• Develop and implement transformative digital and OT programs with impact quantification and deployment strategies
• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, functions, and business units globally
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships within project teams and with site teams and business partners
• Coordinate multi-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, designers, and end users
• Ensure project execution by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks,



and resources
• Champion digital transformation and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Coach colleagues on digital themes in manufacturing (Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization, Automation, Robotics)
• Act as ambassador of digital transformation and culture, applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments and industrial operations
• 5+ years of experience implementing Digital Manufacturing solutions at regional or global scale
• Proven leadership of multi-stakeholder, multi-location transformation programs
• Strong project management xqbhyrx with Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Ability to lead change in matrixed organizations and deliver results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels
• Experience collaborating with analytics, engineering, automation, and digital specialists
