As they scale their portfolio and expand into new technologies and geographies, they are seeking a Head of Structured Finance to lead the design and execution of complex financing solutions that underpin their growth.The RoleAs Head of Structured Finance, you will take ownership of all structured financing activities across the platform.
You will lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance, portfolio financings, and capital market transactions, working closely with senior leadership, investors, and lenders.This is a high-impact role with direct influence on strategic growth, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the structuring and execution of project finance and portfolio-level transactions across renewable energy assetsDevelop innovative financing solutions to optimise capital structure and returnsManage relationships with banks,
