As Team Leader Site Manager, you will oversee MU Site Managers across multiple sites to ensure safe, high-quality modernization and upgrade installations. You will drive cross-site coordination, enforce standards, and develop the team to deliver on project quality, timelines, and cost targets. This role offers global opportunities, development, and visibility within a leading provider of logistics automation. You will partner with adjacent departments to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

• Document assembly issues and feedback to quality/product teams
• Cross-project escalation, deployment, and capacity planning

• Provide sales support to validate project estimations
• Own project WBS and manage cost with PM and site managers
• Coordinate with procurement on subcontractors and PO/GR releases
• Ensure site management coverage and compliance with standards
• Oversee safety and approval processes for project execution
Responsabilidades
• 3 years of managerial experience in machine/system assembly
• Experience with subcontractors
• Ability to manage an on-site team
• City u0026 Guilds qualification xqbhyrx in mechanical or electrical discipline
• MS Excel and Word proficiency
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Clean driving licence
• Ability to work at height and on weekends/nights when required
• MEWP/First Aid certificates desirable
• English at least B2; additional languages advantageous
• Native language of the country mandatory
