As an ACM in Sant Cugat, you will shape and execute global category strategies for logistics, turning data into actionable insights to strengthen supply resilience. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliant, value-based sourcing. You’ll support supplier negotiations and complex projects, bringing analytics to life across the general operations network. This role offers meaningful impact in a world-class procurement team.

• Collate supplier, market, and internal data to inform long-term category strategy and future initiatives
• Support deployment of strategic initiatives and project delivery in line with global standards
• Assist in contract drafting and vendor negotiations with analytics and benchmarking




• Support high-value strategic sourcing initiatives and RFx activities to realize business value
• Collaborate with analytics teams to generate category insights and monthly spend/savings metrics
• Create category guidance documents and support implementation across the organization
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in procurement or supply chain with focus on strategic sourcing, cost reduction, or operational efficiency
• Demonstrated understanding of major xqbhyrx direct spend categories and spend levers
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools and enterprise systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
• University degree (Business or Life Sciences focus preferred)
• Awareness of AI applications and digital transformation in operations
