As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Deliverect, you will optimize GTM efficiency by leveraging CRM mastery (HubSpot) to support Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding. You’ll lead quarterly RevOps projects, provide day-to-day operational support, and develop dashboards to guide strategic decisions. You’ll balance fast, pragmatic fixes with scalable, long-term solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, hybrid setting and the chance to impact how businesses connect with customers globally.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead quarterly RevOps projects including reporting improvements, process optimization, and tool enhancements
• Provide timely day-to-day operational support to GTM teams via ticketing system
• Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and pipeline forecasting for strategic decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements across GTM processes, workflows, and systems




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Finance, People) and external vendors to align on priorities
• Drive data management improvements, data quality, cleanliness, and compliance across systems
Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years of experience in Operations or similar roles within a high-growth tech company
• Hands-on CRM experience with strong HubSpot knowledge; CRM admin certification is a plus
• Curious mindset, proactive attitude, autonomous work style xqbhyrx in ambiguous environments
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
