In this role you partner with Celonis’ Customer orgs to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technical, customer-facing roles. You advise hiring leaders with market insights and align recruiting with company goals, leveraging data-driven tools within our ATS. You will influence talent strategy and ensure a positive candidate experience while working across regional teams. This is a fast-scaling, international environment at a market-leading Process Intelligence company.

• Partner with regional hiring managers to define needs and provide strategic recruiting support
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation u0026 Benefits, and other stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales and Value Engineering roles
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication




• Coordinate with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews and support candidates and managers
• Provide market intelligence to aid decision-making and strategy development
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics; leverage ATS and sourcing tools for efficiency
Responsabilidades
• Background in recruiting technical customer-facing roles
• Strong understanding of technology trends
• End-to-end recruitment experience (Sourcing to Offer Management)
• Experience in inhouse, agency, or RPO recruitment for Product, Technology or IT Services
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment xqbhyrx tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities
