If you have experience in Transaction Services, Due Diligence or Deals and are looking for your next step, this role is for you. You will join the Corporate Finance team of a growing international group, working as a direct partner to the CFO: analysing business performance across countries, preparing Board and shareholder materials and exposure to the real needs of the business. The role combines financial reporting and performance management, Board and shareholder reporting, and business partnering across the organization.
You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and helping shape how the Group measures, communicates and creates value. What You'll OwnGroup Performance & Management ReportingOwn and continuously improve the Group's management reporting framework. Deliver meaningful, decision-oriented analysis, not just financial reports.
Provide clear insights on: Revenue growth and profitability driversGross margin and EBITDA evolutionCash flow generationWorking capital performanceOperational and financial KPIsIdentify risks, opportunities and performance gaps across business units. Planning, Forecasting & Business PerformanceReport and review the annual budgeting across the Group.
Coordinate quarterly forecasts and long-range planning exercises.
Challenge assumptions and ensure robust financial planning across business areas. Executive, Board & Shareholder ReportingPrepare high-quality financial and business performance materials for: Executive CommitteeBoard of DirectorsShareholdersLenders and financing partnersSupport the development of the Group's performance narrative. Translate financial results into clear business messages.
