Finance Associate The Finance

Associate will support Titan's senior finance leadership across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, transaction execution and reporting. This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, fundraising support and transaction execution, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Build and maintain a 3-statement financial model for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analyses Own the Budget vs. Presente (BvA) analysis, meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to solicit input and discuss variances Support data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, runway, and growth initiatives Support the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms and financial models Assist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity,



and M&A; transactions Prepare analysis, summaries, and documentation to support investment decisions and transaction execution 2 years of full-time work experience ~ Strong analytical background with hands‐on experience in financial modeling, analysis and reporting ~ Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring high‐quality deliverables under tight timelines ~ Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and reduce operational burden on senior team members Familiarity with financial systems and tools (Excel, accounting platforms, reporting tools) Hybrid position Centrally located office in the heart of Barcelona, with public transportation nearby Private health insurance A unique opportunity to join a well‐funded, high‐growth company in the early stages to help shape a product/business that will impact millions
