As a Customer Experience Manager at ProspectBase, you will oversee the client relationship from initial onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a dedicated book of accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.

Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing Operations teams, you will oversee the setup and execution of digital advertising and content syndication campaigns, while acting as a trusted advisor on our clients' account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
