We are looking for a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist (fluent in French and English) to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer operations, including order management, sales support, and customer service within a fast-paced B2B environment. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across sales, logistics, and service teams.

Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment. Manage end-to-end order management (order-to-cash process),



ensuring accurate and timely processing. Create quotes, process customer orders, and support sales teams (inside sales support).

Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Continuously identify process improvements in customer operations workflows. Fluent in French and English (mandatory) Fluency in Dutch is a highly valued.
