ðAt Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our CX team to the next level. ðAbout the team ðOur Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial.
What you'll do ðBuild strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates. You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals. You have previous experience dealing with churn cases (retention) and upselling and cross-sellingYou have worked through KPIA proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English.
Bonus Points: You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
