Role Summary & Key Responsibilities

As an SDR in our Madrid headquarters, you will directly accelerate revenue expansion by developing a qualified sales pipeline and setting high-value appointments across your assigned target area.

- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Make 60–70 cold calls daily to key stakeholders at target businesses across the region.
- Research, map, and contact potential SMB and mid-market prospective clients.
- Uncover client operational bottlenecks and show how our search tools resolve their requirements.
- Qualify sales leads and schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Execute multi-channel outreach plans combining phone outreach, targeted emails, and personalized LinkedIn touchpoints.

Requirements

- Core Qualifications:
- Direct background in B2B cold calling and outbound lead generation.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding daily call targets and meeting quotas.
- High resilience, active listening skills, and confidence overcoming phone objections.




- Experience operating CRM platforms and sales automation software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior background in SaaS, particularly within e-commerce, search platforms, or digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with fast-paced startup settings or high-volume sales operations.

- Language Skills:

- Czech: Fluent command (mandatory for reaching prospects in the target market).
- English or Spanish: Fluent command (mandatory for internal team communication).

Location, Schedule & Onboarding

- Workplace Model: Fully on-site at our Madrid headquarters.
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00; Friday: 09:00–15:00.
- Onboarding: A complete 4-week training program covering product features, sales messaging, and tools.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: €30,000 gross annual base salary.
- Uncapped Monthly Commission: €600 target payout with escalating multipliers based on hitting targets:
- 80% Quota: 1.3x multiplier
- 100% Quota: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200)
- 150% Quota: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800)

- Quarterly Incentive: Exceeding an average of 150% quota attainment across a quarter retroactively applies the 3.0x multiplier to all three months.
