service‐delivery or project‐coordination role. Work with Engineering, Design, Data and business partners to align the squad around clear customer and business outcomes. Lead product discovery using customer feedback, UX research, product data and experimentation.

Identify customer friction and opportunities to simplify complex banking journeys.

Experience in banking, fintech, financial services or another regulated digital environment (preferred). Fluent in English (Required) Data-informed mindset; Strong discovery and prioritisation skills, using customer evidence, product data and business impact to make decisions Your contribution matters , and it's recognized.
