An established company in the recreational, sports, and entertainment sector is looking for a Tourist Bus Ticket Sales Agent to join the team in Palma. In this role, you will be the welcoming face for international visitors discovering the beauty of Palma, providing direct customer assistance and promoting city sightseeing experiences.

Your main responsibilities will focus on customer interaction and active sales on-site:

- Providing clear and engaging information to visitors about the tourist bus routes, schedules, and points of interest across Palma.
- Selling tourist bus tickets as well as special package deals and promotional combos offered.
- Assisting passengers with helpful local recommendations and resolving inquiries with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.





To be successful in this position, you should bring the following profile:

- Mandatory proficiency in both English and German to communicate fluently and effectively with international travelers.
- Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or tourism is valued.
- Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and reliability.

What this position offers you:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) for long-term job stability.
- Full-time schedule with fixed daytime shifts (from 9:00 to 17:00 or 9:30 to 17:30).
- A net monthly salary of 1,600 EUR, established in accordance with the road transport collective agreement.
- A workplace located directly in Palma, Mallorca.
