Are you an experienced accountant looking for a stable role in Mallorca? An advisory firm based in Palma is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this role, you will take charge of managing a diverse client portfolio, handling end-to-end accounting processes and tax submissions for both corporate entities and self-employed professionals across the island.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients and self-employed individuals (autónomos).
- Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and financial records.
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and account balancing.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual tax declarations in compliance with regulations.
- Executing fiscal year-end closings and financial reporting.

Requirements

- Completed vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio)



in administration and accounting.
- At least 24 months of accounting experience acquired within the last 5 years (essential requirement).
- Valuable experience using GEYCE accounting software or similar professional accounting applications.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and tax compliance procedures.
- Methodical, detail-oriented work ethic and ability to work autonomously with client accounts.

Benefits

- Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo).
- Full-time workday with a continuous morning schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00.
- Gross annual salary of €25,000, paid out in 12 monthly installments (extra payments prorated).
