Europe Communications Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) 12 Month Contract You'll work closely with colleagues across EMEA and the wider global comms team. Leading communications across France, Germany and Spain: You'll own the strategy for three of Canva's biggest European markets, shaping the direction, setting the priorities, and driving a constant drumbeat of product, technology, corporate, and consumer news in these markets.

Managing local agency partners: Building and supporting a bench of local spokespeople: You'll work closely with local sales leaders, growth managers, and partnership teams to ensure communications activity supports our broader business goals.

Connecting global and local narratives: You'll serve as the crucial link between Canva's integral and local communications teams, ensuring our story is consistent, culturally relevant, and maintains momentum across France, Germany, and Spain year-round. Extensive communications experience across European markets, ideally France, Germany and Spain, with a track record of securing top-tier coverage and managing local agency partners.



Exceptional media relations skills, with an established network of journalist contacts and the confidence to build relationships with senior reporters, editors, and industry influencers.

Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies that span product, corporate, executive, and consumer storytelling. Strong B2B and AI communications experience, with the ability to translate complex narratives into compelling, locally relevant stories.
