Executive agenda and stakeholder management: Own and optimize the manager's calendar, prioritizing critical Global Sourcing topics (e.g., Travel management: Oversee end‐to‐end organization of the Head of Area's international travel, including visas, documentation, flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries. Coordinate and route travel approvals for global teams in partnership with the corporate travel agency, ensuring compliance and cost control. Coordinate leadership workshops and processes, ensuring clear internal communication and alignment across integral teams.
Contribute to supplier selection and rate negotiations for budget optimization. Draft high‐quality presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior management, focusing on supply chain performance and market trends. Proven international experience, including working across multiple regions and cultures within a global matrix organization.
Native or advanced proficiency (C1) in spoken and written English.
