AWS & DevOps: Knowledge of managing AWS assets, preferably via Terraform or YAML pipelines.

Legacy Support: Familiarity with C# and Microsoft .Net framework to support and transition existing systems.

Backend Development: Experience with Node.js and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis).

API Design: Familiarity with GraphQL and complex API integrations.

Monitoring & Tools: Experience with database monitoring tools (SolarWinds/RedGate) and diverse source control (Git/TFVC).
