We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. What You Will Do: * Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, with guidance from senior engineers. * Help build and improve RESTful APIs consumed by internal and external clients. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following team standards. * Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback to grow as an engineer. * Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions. * Learn about system architecture, performance, reliability, and security in a production environment.



* Contribute to deployment and monitoring tasks as part of your professional development. What We Are Looking For: * A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * Around 1-2 years of experience with Java and object-oriented programming (internships, traineeships, or professional experience all count). * Familiarity with Spring Boot or willingness to learn it quickly. * Basic understanding of REST APIs and how web applications communicate. * A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. * Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a supportive team. Bonus: * Personal or academic projects showcasing backend development skills. * Exposure to version control systems such as Git. * Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL). * Interest in Docker, CI/CD, or cloud environments.
