What you'll do
Own haddock's
positioning and narrative : from system of record AI workforce
Build a
category-defining brand
in Europe
Drive
pipeline and revenue , not just awareness
Design and execute
GTM strategies
across markets and products
Turn product innovation into
clear, compelling storytelling
Lead and scale a
high-performing marketing team
Manage significant budgets with a
strong ROI mindset
Work closely with Product, Sales, CX and founders to align narrative and growth
What we're looking for
7+ years
in Marketing / GTM leadership in SaaS or tech
Experience scaling from
€10M to €100M+
(or similar high-growth environments)
Proven track record owning both
brand and performance
Strong storytelling skills: you can explain complex, new concepts simply and powerfully
Deep business mindset: you think in
pipeline, ARR, and payback
Experience managing
multi-million € budgets
Ability to build and lead teams in fast-growth environments
